We are incredibly proud to announce our official partnership with Connect Talent CIO, an organisation doing vital, front-line work right in the heart of Salford.

Connect Talent has spent years quietly and effectively dismantling the barriers to social and educational inclusion for Black and Minority Ethnic communities across Greater Manchester and the North West. They are an essential anchor in their community, specialising in giving individuals - particularly students of Black African and Caribbean descent - the digital access, basic IT skills, CV guidance, and one-on-one mentoring they need to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

We don’t believe in lowering corporate bars; we believe in obliterating the invisible hurdles that keep great, diverse talent locked out of high-impact rooms. By combining Connect Talent's community with BFN's insights, we want to create an unstoppable ecosystem for talent development.
